People and access

Your own staff are a control surface too — who works here, what they have been trained on, and what they still have access to.

Updated

Most of Vendorica looks outward, at suppliers. This section looks inward. Several obligations you are already answering — access control, awareness training, joiners and leavers, fitness and propriety — are about your own people, and they all need the same underlying list: who works here, in what capacity, with what access.

Note the distinction that catches everyone once: Users (Settings → Users) are people who can sign into Vendorica. People (Personnel → People) is your organization’s workforce register, and most of them will never have a Vendorica account.
