Reports
Board-ready snapshots on demand, on a schedule, or built to your own shape — in the format the reader actually wants.
Reports has four tabs: Active reports, Library, Schedules and Run history — plus Custom reports for ones you build yourself.
Add one from the library
Section titled “Add one from the library”-
Library lists the report definitions available to you. Find the one you want and Add to this org. It then appears under Active reports.
-
Run now produces it immediately; the finished file appears in run history with a download link.
-
Run in another language if the reader is not an English speaker — useful when a supervisor, a group parent or a local board expects its own language.
Schedule it instead
Section titled “Schedule it instead”The reports people actually read are the ones that arrive without being asked for. Schedule attaches a cadence to an active report; the schedule dialog shows the next five fire times so you can check the cadence means what you think before saving.
Schedules can be deactivated without being deleted, which is what you want around a quiet period rather than rebuilding them afterwards.
Run history
Section titled “Run history”Every run — manual or scheduled — lands in Run history with its status (Running, Completed, Failed) and its file. Two things it is good for: downloading the exact pack you presented in March, and noticing that a schedule has been failing quietly since a filter stopped resolving.
Custom reports
Section titled “Custom reports”When no library report is the right shape, New report under Custom reports builds one: pick a dataset, choose columns and filters, and preview the rows before saving. Run it as CSV, XLSX or PDF — CSV for someone who will pivot it, PDF for someone who will read it.
Custom reports can be archived and restored, so a report you built for one quarter’s question does not have to be deleted to get out of the way.
Other ways data leaves
Section titled “Other ways data leaves”A report is not the only exit. Import & Export carries the export half — a full organization takeout, the DORA Register of Information filing package, the REST API and outbound webhooks. See Importing your data for the hub, and developer.vendorica.com for the API.
